The current unpredictability of the NHL has caused us to look at other betting propositions this weekend. Our choice this weekend is 44 points or under in Kilkenny v Cork, our reasons being;
1. No game in Div 1a has seen this tally beaten this season, in fact only 1 out of the first 6 games has beaten 40 points.
2. Conditions: dreadful weather forecast for this weekend will not help any potential high scoring affairs. If in doubt, wait until Sunday morning to see how bad conditions are.
3. Form: neither teams form has been good so far and much of this is down to their forward divisions. Kilkenny have averaged 14.5 points in their 1st two games, Cork with an improved tally of 19 points. Only 1 goal has been scored between them. There is a genuine concern in Kilkenny regarding their forward line.
We recommend a 2 point stake at 10/11.
